Our clinic is dedicated to offering Pilates & Movement classes that make a difference to your strength, posture, alignment and mobility whilst always being fun and dynamic!

 

We have a wide timetable of classes available, with each class is 50 minutes long. You can also take advantage of 1:1 classes to hone the Pilates practice and have options for corrective exercise programs to take home!

All of our Pilates instructors are also a part of Myotherapy and Remedial Massage team, who are qualified and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Pilates principles. Each class is limited to 4 participants, which means that the classes can be tailored and modified for individual needs and goals.

Work on smaller muscle groups with class programs suited to EVERY body.

The perfect class for beginners, if it’s been a while or if you need to get back to the fundamentals of Pilates. This class incorporates Mat pilates, Barre, circuit, mobility and stretching to help you feel better and move better!

Specialised prenatal corrective exercise class that combines specific breathing techniques with movement to improve function during pregnancy, increase fitness and ultimately prepare your body for childbirth. Suitable for all trimesters.

Reformer Pilates on a whole new level! Classes are designed to challenge your whole body with the use of the Reformer machines and accessory equipment. These classes will focus on strength, coordination, balance and so much more!

POSTNATAL RECOVERY

POSTNATAL, BABIES <1 YO WELCOME

Max 6 participants

Aimed to provide guidance with returning to exercise after giving birth. Low impact and functional movements you need for everyday activities. Improve overall strength, learn to engage with your pelvic floor & core muscle to regain a strong foundation to build upon.

Recommended for visitors up to 2 years post partum or with diastasis recti (abdominal seperation). Give us a call for more info!
