POSTURE & CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
Corrective exercises are given in the form of stretches and strengthening exercise to amplify the consultations benefits.
The exercises that are given will be tailored to each individuals need. Exercises/stretches are often aimed at correcting posture and movement to create strong, pain free muscle tissue.
The purpose of corrective exercises are to:
Achieve a long term solution
Decrease pain and discomfort
Increase range of movement
Create self awareness and management of your body
When do we use Correct Exercise?
All three of our therapists are focused on a long term solution for your aches and pains, so corrective exercises and stretches are given quite frequently.
A lot of corrective exercises do not require any equipment, however if they do, Berwick Myotherapy stocks the tools required.
