Laura has been working in the industry for over ten years, including as a Myotherapist & director at BM since 2013.


Laura uses a holistic approach to help her patients aches, pains and injuries. Laura's main areas of interest include working with posture, ergonomics, corrective exercise and proactive maintenance consultations for people from all walks of life.


Laura loves educating her patients in ways to improve their well being for the long term, also teaching matwork and reformer Pilates classes at BM.


Laura enjoys travelling, keeping active, reading & spending time with loved ones.

Lexie has been a part of the BM team since 2017. After completing her studies at RMIT, Lexie has continued her professional development.


Lexie places strong emphasis on strength based exercise as therapy, believing that movement heals. Her passion is fueled by seeing her clients regain control over their body through soft tissue relief and education.


Lexie is a Pilates instructor at the clinic and utilises Pilates in her corrective exercise advice for her patients.


Lexie is looking forward to studying further in the future. She enjoys learning new things, keeping active and spending time with friends and family.

Ashlee joined the BM team in 2021. Ashlee studied Myotherapy at RMIT University, and is currently studying to become a Pilates instructor.


Ashlee has a special interest in treatment of chronic pain, with particular enthusiasm for the management of fibromyalgia.


Ashlee believes that with a combination of clinical treatment and home care, with an emphasis on corrective exercises, patients can regain control of their health and lifestyle.


In her spare time, Ashlee enjoys learning new things, travelling, having brunch with friends and quality time with her family.

Taylah joined the BM team in early 2021. With a passion for weightlifting, Taylah loves incorporating her experience and knowledge in strength based training into her Remedial Massage practices.


She endeavours to educate all her clients on the body, including the benefits of resistance training for overall health and for healing. She is also continuing her own education, currently completing her Adv.Dip in Myotherapy and plans to carry on studying further in health and movement specialities.

Taylah enjoys an active lifestyle, and spending her time with friends and family.

Stephanie joined the BM team as a Remedial Therapist in 2020. Steph has a special interest in treatment during pregnancy, as well as working with the general population to improve well being.


Steph is a former elite gymnast who spent many years in the United States competing as a NCAA collegiate altimeter at the University of Oklahoma.


Steph has a special interest in female health and pregnancy, running pre & post natal exercise classes and 1:1 consultations at BM.

Stephanie enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling and spending time with friends and family around the globe.

Melanie joined the BM team in 2017. She studied Myotherapy at RMIT university and also has a degree in Exercise Science.


As part of our Pilates Instructor team, Mel has a passion for movement and strength based therapies. Mel has amazing knowledge in working with sports injury + rehab/prehab.


Mel has worked with varied pain conditions and loves to focus on movement as a whole in the mat and reformer she instructs at BM. 


Mel enjoys travel, learning new things + spends her time at the beach or with family and friends!


Berwick Myotherapy is a team of fully qualified and experienced Myotherapists and Remedial Massage therapists. Our team of therapists also coach our Pilates and exercise classes, which compliment the ongoing care we offer in maintaining strength and stability for your body. 


All our therapists hold up to date certificates in first aid training and participate in ongoing personal development courses to ensure a high quality of care and education.
